pubph Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pubph website accessible at pubph.cam, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a User on the pubph Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by pubph subject to wagering requirements and conditions distinct from real-money funds.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, bingo, sports betting market, crash game, or other wagering product available on the pubph Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to the pubph Platform is prohibited, as updated from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a related deposit must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account on the pubph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the pubph Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms become effective from the moment you complete the registration process and remain in full force and effect for as long as your Account exists or you continue to access the Platform, whichever is later.

2.3 pubph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, pubph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or platform notification.

2.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English text, the English text shall prevail.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pubph, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Platform;
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• Not be a resident of any Restricted Territory;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of pubph, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• Not be under any form of self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or third-party exclusion order applicable to online gaming in the Philippines;
• Not have a previously closed or suspended pubph Account, unless reinstatement has been explicitly approved in writing by pubph.

3.2 pubph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration and KYC Verification

4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the pubph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual – whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, household, or payment method – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information if any details change.

4.3 pubph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct KYC verification before processing any real-money withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, SSS ID, or Philippine Passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months where required;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit, where required by pubph's compliance procedures.

4.4 pubph reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for high-value accounts or in connection with any transaction that triggers reporting obligations under applicable law. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by pubph may be suspended, with real-money balances held pending successful verification.

4.5 pubph will not knowingly accept registrations from players located in Restricted Territories. You represent that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. pubph is not responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address, username, and password. pubph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any channel other than the official login page at pubph.cam.

5.2 You must notify pubph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. pubph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

5.3 pubph provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional Account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. pubph accepts no liability for Account compromises where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.

5.4 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not permit any other person to access or use your Account, and you may not use another person's Account under any circumstances.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 pubph accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page, which include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay and PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, among others. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically credit to the Account immediately upon confirmation. pubph accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. pubph targets the following processing windows, which are not guaranteed and may be affected by compliance checks, banking system availability, or public holidays:

• GCash and Maya: within 1–4 hours of approval during standard processing windows;
• InstaPay and PesoNet bank transfers: within 1 business day of approval;
• Other methods: as specified in the cashier at the time of request.

6.4 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. pubph reserves the right to require documentary evidence of the ownership and legitimacy of any payment method before processing a withdrawal.

6.5 pubph reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal is subject to a compliance review; (c) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; or (d) the Account is subject to a dispute, investigation, or restriction order.

6.6 Dormant Accounts – Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months – may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. pubph will provide prior notice before applying any dormancy fee.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 pubph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, VIP rewards, and other promotional benefits at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2 Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn;
• Wagering Requirements must typically be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited;
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and will not be withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement is completed;
• Not all Games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements – contribution percentages are published in each promotion's specific terms;
• pubph reserves the right to exclude certain Games from bonus wagering entirely.

7.3 pubph reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has: (a) created multiple Accounts to obtain bonuses more than once; (b) used bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements; (c) participated in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, or arbitrage; or (d) provided false or inaccurate information during registration.

7.4 One bonus per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms. pubph reserves the right to limit the number of bonus offers available to any individual Player at any time.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 All Games available on the pubph Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each Game's interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules explicitly state otherwise.

8.2 pubph uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories for all non-live Games. The outcomes of all Games are determined by this certified RNG and are not influenced by any party, including pubph.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a Game round, pubph will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game provider's dispute resolution procedures. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account.

8.4 pubph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of: (a) technical failure that produced an erroneous result; (b) exploitation of a software bug or game error; (c) collusion between players; or (d) use of automated tools, bots, or AI-assisted betting software.

8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games as displayed within each Game's interface. These limits may be modified by pubph at any time without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pubph Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or misrepresenting your age during registration;
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity;
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any Game or the Platform;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that provides an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim promotions multiple times;
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or attempting to access the Platform's source code, game logic, or backend systems;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 pubph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits applicable across all Game categories;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over rolling time periods;
• Session Time Controls: Configurable session duration alerts and forced pauses;
• Cool-Down Periods: 24-hour, 48-hour, or 7-day Account access suspensions, taking immediate effect upon request;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term Account closure, taking immediate effect and irrevocable within the exclusion period.

10.2 Requests to reduce deposit limits or activate cool-down periods take immediate effect. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 48-hour waiting period before implementation.

10.3 Players who have self-excluded from the pubph Platform must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account. Any Account found to be registered in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

10.4 pubph cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and will honour exclusion orders issued by PAGCOR or notified through the national self-exclusion register where applicable.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the pubph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interfaces, and design elements, is the property of pubph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

11.3 The pubph name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of pubph. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these trademarks without the prior written consent of pubph.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pubph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of winnings.

12.2 pubph's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 pubph does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pubph will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pubph's liability for death or personal injury caused by pubph's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 pubph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pubph will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on the Account, or via a prominent notification on the Platform, at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the changes unless immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

13.2 Your continued access to and use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with these Terms.

13.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pubph Platform.

14.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the pubph support team in the first instance. pubph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint.

14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. pubph cooperates fully with PAGCOR investigations and dispute resolution procedures.

14.4 All complaints must be submitted within 90 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. pubph will not consider complaints submitted outside this period unless exceptional circumstances apply.

15.2 For regulatory concerns or escalated complaints, Players may contact PAGCOR directly through PAGCOR's official channels. pubph will provide any information requested by PAGCOR in connection with a player complaint within applicable regulatory timeframes.

15.3 Correspondence sent to pubph regarding these Terms should include your full registered name, Account username, and a clear description of the subject matter to allow for efficient handling.
